Boarding Services:

Full Pod: $1,000
Renting a full Pod is like having a barn to yourself. You are responsible for the full care of your horses, unless arranged other wise. We offer additional services when/if needed. Subletting (renting) of stalls to others is permitted with permission.
Included in Board:
- 10 stall barn with 6- 18 X 18 stalls, 4 stalls are 20 x 20.
- Two 20 x 20 stalls in each barn have stud walls.
-- Tack and Feed rooms.
-- One Wash Rack.
- 4 Turnouts per barn with mesh fence, 2 with electric additions.
-- Two 6 acre paddocks with 5 horse runs
-- Two 2 acre paddocks with 2 horse runs (for stallions)
---Use of all community facilities.

1/2 Pod: $550
With the 1/2 Pod you share a barn with another boarder. You are responsible for the full care of your horses, unless arranged other wise. We offer additional services when/if needed.
Included in Board:
- 3- 18 x 18 stalls & 2- 20 x 20 stalls
- One 20 x 20 stall with stud walls.
-- Use of Tack and Feed rooms.
-- Use of Wash Rack.
-- One 6 acre paddocks with 5 horse run
-- One 2 acre paddocks with 2 horse run (for stallions)
---Use of all community facilities.

Individual Stalls: $250
Every once in a while we will rent a individual stall or two either in one of the Pods or in the big barn, depending on your needs. When renting an individual stall we take care of cleaning, feed and turnout.
Included in Board:
- One 18 x 18 stall
(please indicate if you need a different sized stall)
-- Use of Tack and Feed rooms.
-- Use of Wash Rack.
-- Community turn out with compatible horses.
---Use of all community facilities.

Add On Services:

Stall Cleaning : $5/day or $100/month
Feeding: $5/day or $100/month
Turn Out: $2/day or $50/month
Feed Purchasing: $50 fee per time + feed costs
Nutritional Consulting: $100 First time / $50 Update
Farrier Scheduling: $20/Month
Vet Scheduling: $20/Time
