Location:
Near Tiroran, Isle of Mull, ScotlandThe windy moors of the fourth largest island in Scotland is home to many wonders. Relics from the Bronze Age, including many stone circles grace the countryside. The island is sparsely populated and quiet. The climate is moderate with nice snowy winters, but not too cold even though the location is so far north.
Winding on small single track roads you can explore castles such as Duart and Torosay Castle. Or just ride out and have a wonderfully quiet picnic on the moors surrounded by the local wildlife and shaggy Highland cattle.
Facilities - With newly restored stone barns and fences, the facilities sit at the center or Hourglass Glen.
